Playground

Mia nods, laying down. She sees him looking at her and looks back at him curiously. Why... is he staring? She smiles lightly. "We all have our problems, mine is an occasional thirst. Well very occasional, it's not hard to ignore."

Her statement made him jump back to reality. He was caught up in a mix of looking from her eyes, to her body, to make sure she wasn't noticing.
"Uhm...do you mean for blood?"

Mia nods lightly, "I can usually ignore it, I mean, I am half vampire. I still need normal food, so it's a faint thirst." She blushes, "Sorry if I'm making you uncomfortable, I can change the subject if you would like."

(She should go on the Cullen diet, Edward like mountain lions the best ;D jk lol)

Yazoo shook his head, his long hair flurrying around with the movement that his head did. "No, im alright. I was only curious..." He trailed off and caught her blush before turning away, hoping she wasn't blushing from his staring. "Don't get caught, you're better than that, Yazoo..." he mumbled under his breath.

Mia nods, and hears him mumble something. "Sorry, did you say something?" She looks at him, curious.

(He got caught XD)

"Just making a mental note, Mia."
When heturned back to her, he had a bright smiling, innocent face. He poked her in the stomach and whispered "How do you stay so in shape? Is it the elf side of you?"

Mia nods, "Yes, and I like to keep healthy." She pauses, "No need to whispers, you can YELL IF YOU WANT" She says, getting loud at the end and chuckles.

Yazoo yelps lowly and winces at the loudness, covering his ears and snarling under his breath. "Un...my ears...they are sensitive, remember?" He starts rubbing his ears and closes his eyes, a headache slowly settling onto his mind.

Mia looks at him, feeling guilty. "I am sooo sorry." STUPID! You hurt him! She sits up and hugs him apologetically. "Oh my gosh, sorry." She apologizes, repeating herself.=

Yazoo continued to give off cat-like whimpers until he was hugged by Mia. He let out another shriek, a surprised one, as his orange lion ears popped out of his head simultaneous to the high pitched yelp. He tried to keep himself calm and pushed his hands down harder on his ears, not knowing what much else to do.

Mia looks at his ears and hears him whimper, feeling even more guilty. "I am SOOO sorry." She says, quietly, as to not bother his ears. She hugs him again.

After a moment, he puts his hands down and shakes off the last of the sharp feeling. "It's alright. It only lasts for a little while." He turns to her and politely and gently pushes her off of him. "Ah, im not comfortable with hugs. It gives me weird feelings..."

Mia looks even more guilty. "I'm sorry, I keep messing up, don't I?" She frowns lightly. "Sorry." She mutters quietly.

"It's alright, really. You don't have to apologize."
Yazoo hops down from the height of the bars and lands on his feet quietly, then walks over to the bench, sitting on it with legs crossed and arms folded across his chest.

Mia sees him get up and go over to the bench. She sits there awkwardly. "Thanks for forgiving me, I didn't think." She blushes, looking down. If he wants me to join him, I will.

"I tend to forget to do that as well."
He laughs and shrugs it off.
"Eh, it gets me into a lot of trouble."

Mia laughs lightly. "I still feel bad..." She mumbles quietly, hoping he doesn't hear. "Can I join you or do you want to sit alone?"

(btw how does hugging feel weird?)

"You can join me if you like. I have no hard feelings against you."
He pats the space beside him and scoots over until his side touched the arm of the bench.

Mia gets up and joins him. She blushes and looks away, awkwardly. "Um, how does hugging feel weird? Isn't comforting? At least it should be..."

"Im not used to the action. I grew up in my Lion form before i realized i could turn into this, so the act of hugging was completely unknown to me. I had plenty of brothers and sisters that played with me, and my parents would always be lounging around and hunting. We didn't play much."
He scratched his arm and tried to make eye contact with her, but she was looking away.
"Lions have different ways of showing their love for eachother."

Mia blushes lightly and nods. Love...? "I just meant to comfort you, I messed up, and it hurt you. I wanted to help, sorry."

"Well, do so like..."
Yazoo laid his head down on Mia's lap and pulled his legs up onto the bench, then took her hand and placed it on top of his mane (hair).
"...like this."

Mia smiles "Okay, this is okay?" She asks tentatively. She pets his hair absentmindedly. This is cool.

(Maybe he just wants his head in her lap? ;D lol)

His still exposed cat ears shivered just as his body did, but not from being cold.
"Yeah, it's fine..."
His eyes closed and his arms curled up into his stomach area.

Mia smiles, "Do you like that?" She pauses, waiting for him to answer. I'm making him feel better. I like it.
